30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship of our fragrances. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Cosmetic Hygiene Standards
Due to strict personal health, cosmetic sanitation, and safety regulations regarding liquid beauty products:
• Perfume bottles, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and body sprays MUST remain unopened, sprayed zero times, and in their original factory cellophane shrink-wrap or tamper-evident seal intact. Opened, test-sprayed, or partially used fragrance bottles cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons.
• Travel atomizers and fragrance gift sets must be returned complete, unused, and in their original intact packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, broken spray nozzles upon unboxing, or incorrect items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, test-sprayed, or used perfume bottles and fragrances (for sanitary reasons).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened fragrance items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@affordableperfume.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the intact cellophane wrap/factory seal of the perfume product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original box along with all protective cushioning.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Corpus Christi facility to confirm cellophane seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different fragrance, bottle size, or concentration (EDP vs. EDT), please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Leaking Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives leaking, shattered, or with broken atomizers during transport, please contact info@affordableperfume.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the issue. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
